Connecting with and volunteering for local businesses in Mukwonago and the greater Waukesha County is one of our top priorities at The Haase House. Through these opportunities, our clients build confidence, develop new skills, and foster meaningful connections while giving back to the community.
Do you have a volunteering opportunity that might be a good fit for our clients? We’d love to hear from you! Fill out the Contact Form today to discuss how we can work together to serve our community.
Supported Living Enterprises was founded in 2016 in a rural farmhouse in East Troy, Wisconsin, to provide support and services to young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In 2019 we said goodbye to the place where we had our humble beginnings and moved to a ranch style house in the quiet community of Mukwonago, Wisconsin to foster more frequent community experiences. Because our services were unique (not a day program, group home or adult day care), we were granted a special use permit by the Village of Mukwonago. In May of 2020, SLE converted to a nonprofit, Haase Community Connection, Inc, dba The Haase House. Every day we work on connecting with our community and engaging with local businesses and neighbors.
With plans to expand in Waukesha County, we look forward to what the future holds for The Haase House.
