OUR STORY

Our services are offered in an ADA accessible home in the Village of Mukwonago. We encourage each other through social interactions and sharing life's experiences together. These shared moments help our clients build positive, appropriate interactions for current and future relationships. Our calm and quiet setting reduces anxiety, and creates an optimal learning environment. This home serves as a hub as participants come and go daily, engaging in life instruction during the day.

We are driven by a deep commitment to care and compassion, ensuring that every individual feels valued and supported. We build trust through honesty and transparency, fostering a family-oriented environment where respect is at the core of all we do. Our focus is on progress for everyone, channeling positive energy to help each person thrive. Together, we create a nurturing space where life's challenges are managed with optimism and dedication.

OUR HISTORY

Supported Living Enterprises was founded in 2016 in a rural farmhouse in East Troy, Wisconsin, to provide support and services to young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In 2019 we said goodbye to the place where we had our humble beginnings and moved to a ranch style house in the quiet community of Mukwonago, Wisconsin to foster more frequent community experiences. Because our services were unique (not a day program, group home or adult day care), we were granted a special use permit by the Village of Mukwonago. In May of 2020, SLE converted to a nonprofit, Haase Community Connection, Inc, dba The Haase House. Every day we work on connecting with our community and engaging with local businesses and neighbors.
